Return and Exchange Policy for Online Purchases
- A refund or exchange can be obtained within 15 days of receipt of the package
- The goods must be unworn and unwashed
- A copy of the invoice is required
- The item must be in original packaging
- Custom made items are non exchangeable and non refundable
- The amount credited by Bilodeau excludes transportation costs. The cost to return the goods are at customer’s expense
Return and Exchange Policy for Purchases at BILODEAU Retail Store
- No refund.
- Only unworn and unwashed merchandise may be exchanged within 15 days of purchase

Return and Exchange Policy for Resellers and Distributors
An authorization number is required for all returns. The RMA number must be clearly marked on the box. Transportation costs are at the retailer's expense.
In case of warranty, the end-customer invoice must be included with the products. The merchandise will be repaired or exchanged and redirected to the retailer. BILODEAU assumes transportation costs for warranty replacement and repairs. No refund is applicable.
